We recommend a cleaning frequency for most people of every 6 weeks. If you want your windows cleaned more, or less, frequently we can offer a 4, 8 or 12 weekly service. although the price varies with frequency.
Due to our busy regular schedules we are unfortunately unable to offer one off cleans.
Our price structure for window cleaning is quite simple, and is subject to a minimum price of £18.
*Our prices listed below are guide prices for straightforward reasonably standard design houses.
If your house is larger than average, of an unusual design, has the benefit of a conservatory, or a ground floor extension, or for any other services, please contact us to arrange for a firm quotation.

How We Work
Pure Water Window Cleaning
Current regulations mean Pure Water window cleaning is the future for window cleaners and their customers as we can work from the ground without using ladders. Safer for us, more privacy for you, and less chance of damage and accidents.
We use purified water to clean your windows with special brushes mounted onto telescopic poles to reach high windows. Our poles are connected to the water storage tank which has a pump powerful enough to reach windows over 60ft high. What’s more… we bring our water with us!
Why Pure Water?
Although tap water looks clean, it actually contains a lot of dissolved chemicals and minerals. These amounts vary from from hard to soft water areas, but it is these minerals (mainly calcium and magnesium) that leave the white residue you often see when windows have been cleaned with tap water. Water purification de-mineralises and de-ionises tap water to remove these impurities and produce pure water, which is an excellent product to clean windows for several reasons:
Water does not like being pure due to the ‘Law of Electro Neutrality’, (this is the science bit, more of which can can be found on the internet), therefore it strives to return to an impure state and actually absorbs dirt particles from the glass, aiding the cleaning process.
Because of the natural aggressive strength of pure water we do not use detergents, which is better for the environment.
Due to the impurities being completely removed there’s no need to squeegee the windows, as simply rinsing the glass after brushing leaves an excellent streak-free finish.
Pure water actually rinses away the dirt so there is nothing left for new dirt to cling onto. Consequently your windows will stay cleaner for longer which, in comparison to traditional methods, can save you money.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee the quality and workmanship of all our work, so if you ever have a complaint we will come back and ensure that it is put right to your satisfaction.
Many people still believe you cannot clean windows in the rain, which isn’t true. The big disadvantage is that the window cleaner gets wet! To this end we will still clean even if it’s raining (within reason) because it minimises disruption to the rounds. On this basis we offer a ‘Rain Guarantee’ which means that if you are not satisfied with the quality of the clean once it has stopped raining we will come back and put it right.
The terms of our quality guarantee are quite simply that you notify us of anything you are not satisfied with, within 48 hours of the clean.
We take care of your property as if it were our own but, as with our own property, accidents can happen. So, if we damage your property while cleaning your windows we are not the kind of company that just walks away and doesn’t come back. Our customers are too important to us for that. We guarantee that we will put right, to your satisfaction, any damage that we might cause.
The terms of our damage guarantee are quite simply that you notify us of anything that has happened within 48 hours of the clean.

Who Are We?
Krokus Window Cleaning Limited was originally formed in August 2009, as Khameleon Window Cleaning Limited, and has been growing steadily ever since. Our head office is based in Billingshurst in West Sussex but our customer base expands daily and now stretches from Horsham to Cranleigh, down to Haslemere, and back across to Cowfold, taking in many of the towns and villages in between.
We started because we found it difficult to find regular reliable window cleaners, who looked the part, and did what they said they would do. So far we have picked up many customers along the way who have had the same problems, and the majority of our new business now comes from recommendation.
Our mission is to do what we say we will, which is:
Turn up regularly
Take care of your property including the house, flower beds, and everything else you work so hard to look after.
We close gates behind us, don’t climb over locked gates, walls or roofs unless you have given us permission
Offer guarantees for the quality of our work.
Our staff are presentable, wear uniforms, drive identifiable company vehicles and are 100% accountable.
If you need to speak to somebody our office is usually manned after 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), but if the answerphone is on when you call, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
