Terms and Conditions

To provide our customers with the best possible service you agree to our terms and conditions as listed below. In the absence of a formal contract, it is agreed that this is a scheduled window cleaning service at the frequency arranged between us and understood that we do not offer intermittent or one-off services.

We do not charge extra for the first clean as we see this as an investment in our relationship with you, so we ask all new customers to commit to a minimum of three cleans.


Text Messaging Service

Text message reminders are sent to your contact number the day before your next clean, so you know we will be in attendance the following day.



We understand that circumstances can change from time to time, so if you need to postpone or cancel for any reason, please let us know in good time. We are unable to change schedules once the reminder messages have been sent.



We will always attempt to gain access to clean your windows. If access is not possible we will clean those windows we are able to access and charge the full expected amount. Should you wish us to return to clean the windows we have missed please let us know within 24 hours of our visit.


Cancelling On The Day

Should you cancel our visit on the day, face to face with the cleaner or by contacting the office, we reserve the right to charge the full expected amount and/or cancel all future services.


Overdue and Unpaid Accounts

Future visits will be suspended in the event of an unpaid or overdue account, so please make sure your account is settled promptly in order to avoid and delays to your service.


Adverse Weather

Our methods allow us to work in all weather conditions, including rain. However, in rare circumstances such as heavy rain and high wind we may need to postpone your cleaning. We offer a rain guarantee, so if results be less than perfect due to us working in the rain, please let us know within 48 hours and we will return to correct any issues.



We take pride in our work and endeavour to provide a top-quality service with a satisfaction guarantee. Should any work be below standard please let us know within 48 hours and we will return to reclean and put right any issues free of charge.


Cancelling The Service

You can cancel the service at any time by contacting the office on 0800 035 6160, or emailing info@krokus.co.uk. If cancelling before the initial three cleans have taken place, we reserve the right to charge for the remaining cleans.


Privacy Policy

Customer information is kept on a confidential database and not discussed or shared with any third parties as required by the data protection act.
